We are so sorry that our puppy kindergarten class was not what you were looking for. Our classes work on building the puppy’s confidence and resilience, developing a strong puppy-human bond and helping the puppies learn to focus on their human while in the midst of other puppies and other distractions. When we first begin to teach basics skills, we use the Lure Reward method which is the quickest way to teach a pup a new behavior. This method very quickly moves away from using treats to get a behavior and to randomly reward a behavior once it is learned. I see that you only attended two classes with the puppy and this method would have been more fully explained & used in subsequent classes.<br><br> <br><br>We wish you had indicated your displeasure when you attended class two years ago as we would have refunded your money at that time.
