He is easy going and intuitive in his interactions, and has given me helpful insight and advice. We were having behavior issues with our dog that other trainers turned us down over. Brian has worked with us and taught us how to make our dog more successful which has significantly decreased his behaviors. We went from considering re homing, to having a permanent family member (although he's not perfect, he's very manageable!). Brian was truly a home-saver for our boy.

Brian is very professional, yet very personable. We appreciated his training approach in training a dog within its home environment. Working with our dog in our home also worked well for us as first time dog owners and as a family of five. Brian engaged well with all of us (ages 45 to 7) during the training sessions. During each training session, his instructions were clear and he made sure each of us understood the steps he was teaching us as new dog owners. Between training sessions, he made himself available to discuss any issues or concerns that came up and offered advice to help address the issue until we met again. Brian was patient with all of us through the training process.
Brian Jordan is an outstanding trainer and extremely patient. My puppy mill dog was extremely skittish and with his help she is more relaxed. I will continue practicing what he has taught me. I highly recommend this service .
