FirstBarkAshley was fantastic training my two rescue dogs. Both dogs were never trained and came out of terrible situations prior to being adopted. Ashley was very knowledgable, patient and fun to work with. I would highly recommend learning about what she has to offer, and work with her to better understand how she can help your dog!

Ashley was attentive to our needs and helping us with the issues we were having with our pup. She made sure she addressed all areas we were most concerned about. She built a quick report with our pup and was able get a great response from him. Ashley’s ability to understand our needs, the personality of our pup and work on behaviors was impressive. Her communication with us was excellent; always making sure we felt like progress was being made. The added bonus of occasionally getting pictures or videos while our pup was with her was icing on the cake! Thanks for a great and productive experience!
We have had such a positive and rewarding experience with Ashley. We brought our 13 week old golden retriever Sonny Einstein to begin Pre-k and after one class we saw a improvement. Sonny is now in 1st grade! We are excited about watching him become the best dog he can be thru Ashley! She is truly a game changer. She also is so giving of her support even in off hours! I took both my 5yo and 1 yo labs to Ashley and they both benefitted from her training. The younger lab, in particular, went from difficult to walk, at best, to easy and enjoyable. One of the most useful aspects of Ashley’s training is applying what the dogs learned myself at the end of the day with her watching and coaching me. I found I needed the training as much as my dog and learning together really helped! I would highly recommend Ashley
Ashley has been excellent at training our pup as well as training the trainer! We’re hoping to develop our pup into a therapy dog and are confident in Ashley’s skill set to help us reach this goal as she is clearly a dog whisperer. She’s also helping us understand the psychology behind tone, body language, reinforcement and approach to continuously evolve successful commands with our dog.
