Paws On The Ground Dog Training

I have recently taken on a German shepherd in need of a home. I named him Ali. Ali is almost a year and I quickly discovered that he had some behaviors I needed help addressing. POTG became my lifeline to success and sanity in caring for Ali. Ali spent a month with the trainers and has made strides in focus and obedience. Ali and I are work in progress and I am also learning on how to be a better owner to this very sweet and smart boy thanks to POTG. We chose the board and train for our two stubborn dogs while we went on a 2 week cruise. Even before we dropped the dogs off, we spoke with Kellen and he totally understood the issues we were having and provided solutions he would teach while the dogs were staying there. We were updated weekly with photos and videos on how our doggos were doing, which we were very happy to see. When it came time to pick them up, Kellen and Kenzie provided extensive training to the humans so we could keep the dogs successful in their training during their transition back home. They have been checking in since we came home and available for any questions, concerns, or advice. Our dogs have luckily transitioned pretty easily and are performing wonderfully compared to how they behaved before! We highly recommend this power pack of dog trainers!

Taylor at the North Carolina location completely transformed my Great Dane. He was all over the place and didn’t care to listen. But after the 3 weeks with Taylor, he’s a completely different dog! He still has all his cute and lovable mannerisms that make him, him. But now he listens, and is controllable. He doesn’t bombard guests at the door. His reactivity towards just about everything is way more manageable. The daily updates were also great. It made me still feel like he was home. Taylor made this whole process easy and enjoyable. I recommend her to anyone. And she will totally be getting my next Great Dane as well.
