We attended puppy kindergarten here and had a bit of a mixed experience. Of our 6 classes, we were only able to complete 4 before our 4.5 month old Samoyed exceeded the 30lb weight limit (for context, he is sweet with no aggression, but is energetic and a medium/large breed, who will be 70lbs full grown). We were nervous brining our puppy who started at 20lbs, knowing that he may outgrow the weight limit in a matter of weeks, but during sign up were assured that there was some flexibility and the 30lbs limit was not strict. However, we felt that the weight limit was enforced somewhat unpredictably (other dogs owners in the classes with us had their puppies stay when >35lbs, though we were asked to stop coming at 30) . 2/4 of our classes were great experiences, with Susan shifting us to a time slot with other larger pups that our dog was well matched to play with, and informative tips. 1/4 of these was quite sad for our pup, as he was not able to participate in playtime at all and had to watch as the other puppies played in front of him (resulting in him being understandably frustrated, and having difficulty focusing on the training portion of class). 1/4 of our sessions no other puppies were present, so we did essentially a private training session with Susan. This was helpful and we appreciated the tips, but did not help with socialization with other dogs, which unfortunately which was a large part of the reason we signed up for kindergarten. I will call out that Susan offered to give us credit for our unused classes for a future session, which was thoughtful but not as useful to us. In the end, we appreciated Susan's efforts but would recommend other kindergartens for medium/ large breed owners (there are a few other locations that can better accommodate sizes >30lbs, which we later switched to )
