Pawsitive Action Foundation

I have PTSD, 100% disabled, unemployable. I had an intake appointment with John Lowe. He asked me to sit in his office. I asked him to keep the door open. From that moment on, his verbiage and body language became negative and hostile. I don't need to start a relationship with an organization that's supposed to help me in that way. I walked out. I am a female, and at no time in my life should I be made to feel inferior or unwelcome simply because I looked out for my own safety.

I was lucky to find out about Pawsitive Action when the nonprofit organization I'm involved with held a fundraiser for them. We got to visit their facilities and see a class, as well as check out the (adorable) puppies who will be future service dogs. Their staff is so friendly and they definitely care about the cause. As an animal lover with several veterans in my family, I can't say enough about how special and important the work that Pawsitive Action does is.
