FirstBarkLateria is amazing with our reactive German Shepherd! From helping with leash aggression to getting her ready to meet our new baby to “pup-cation” time, she has been a huge part of our dogs development. She is very respectful towards pets and owners and in turn demands a lot of respect (which in my opinion is essential to effective training). Can’t recommend her enough!

Pawsitive Beginnings is INCREDIBLE! What service haven't I used yet? I initially reached out to Pawsitivve Beginnings Pet Care when I was looking for dog training for both of my dogs before my baby arrived. I initially reached out when I was 6 months pregnant. She helped me to establish firm ground rules in the home as well as teach my working dogs, what their "job" was. Once my baby arrived she came over and worked again on how to integrate and teach my dogs space, as well as how to stay calm when the baby starts to cry. When I was struggling to manage my 3 week old and training with my dog without a moments hesitation she took my dog Bennett to her home to work on him 1:1 for a week. She is dedicated to the dogs as well as the family. She wants you all to live happy, healthy and safe. Furthermore she boards dogs, THUS, you don't have any regression when you are gone for a a week or weekend. She debunks the whole, "you can't teach old dogs new tricks." One of my dogs is seven and the other is 5 and both rescues. I cannot recommend Pawsitive Beginnings Pet Care enough.
Very responsive and knowledgeable. Immediately accessed the situation and was able to give advice that we have followed. Within days, we saw some behavior changes with our 2 yr mix breed. We are looking forward to further training and engagements.

Lateria, is God sent! I was referred to Pawsitive Beginnings by my neighbor. She raved on how great her experience was with training her doodle. I had just purchased a toy poodle, and I thought well if I could raise a child, I can train a dog. WRONG! I booked the formal in home training, and I noticed a difference in Carter after our consultation. Lateria, taught us so many techniques because I found WE needed training in order to train our dog. Carter, is so much more enjoyable and he is learning how to control himself in situations where it may cause him to be a bit “unruly”. I have also utilized the Pupcation services several times. Carter, enjoys staying with Lateria while we are on vacation and she is reinforcing training as well. I definitely believe any new dog owner or if you have a dog that is not utilizing proper manners, Pawsitive Beginnings with Lateria is the way to go. You will not be disappointed!
