FirstBarkLateria is WONDERFUL!! When leaving my mini-schnauzer with her for five days, I had no worries at all. I’ve never Him that long before, but Lateria put me at ease and sent daily pics and updates. Her rates are more than fair and her level of professionalism is top notch. I have no reservations about recommending her to my closest friends and family.

We could not be happier with the progress our doggy has made under the guidance and training at Pawsitive Beginnings. Now, we are able to take our dog on enjoyable walks because as she is much less reactive and listens a lot better to commands. This business has great customer service, timeliness, and obviously great results.

Finding Lateria was a blessing. She was able to work my pet in with less than 48 hour notice. She scheduled the meet & greet to go over her services and to formally meet my pet BEFORE she agreed to board him. She sent notifications & pictures while we were gone. Lateria's professionalism and love for what she does is evident in EVERYTHING she does. I have found a permanent sitter for my pet....hands down Pawsitive Beginnings was the BEST boarding experience I have EVER had!!!

Thor was a rescue dog and needed to learn some manners. He is sweet and still has a lot of puppy in him. We did the 3 week training. He came home having learned boundaries, how to walk on a leash without pulling, to heel when told to do so and to sit when asked. I am now leader of our pack and he listens to my son as well. It has only been a week so we have not had the opportunity to take him around other dogs but I know he began to learn socialization around Peaches and the other dogs at Lateria's home during training. I now feel in charge and more comfortable for when we will encounter dogs in the future. The best tip for walking a dog is to use the martingale collar (don't leave it on all the time though), it makes walking a breeze now that he knows how to walk without pulling! Thanks, Lateria, for teaching Thor manners and teaching me how to be the pack leader.
