FirstBarkThis place is excellent. My dog has stayed here twice, each stay for about 2 weeks. He has done better here than anywhere. They have great communication and really try to make it a fun place for the dogs. They will also send photos to you of your dog while they are there.

While they were able to watch him on short notice it wasn't a great experience. He was pretty dirty on pick up which is totally fine but his paws had matted spots everywhere from the dry mud between his paws. He has a giant scab/goose egg on his head. When asked she said it was probably from him getting over excited in a kennel. We did not pay for a kennel we paid for a room. He has a few scratches and scabs behind his ear and neck which I'm assuming is from some rough play. He only ate 1 cup of food, from what I can tell (he was there a week), and I was never informed of this. When we got back to our house he chugged all his water like he didn't have regular access to water. He is also is recovering from an eye infection now. Some of these things aren't their fault (him not eating if he was being stubborn, him being dirty, the bump on his head) but I would have liked to been informed of these events upon picking him up. Overall, I don't think this was the place for us unfortunately.

my dog didn’t really learn much. everything i asked for them to work on didn’t even improve one bit. the people are nice however all they really trained her on were things she already knew. personally they didn’t work for me at all, they even tried to get me to have her stay another week which would cost more money. way too expensive for something that didn’t even work. they’re also bad at updating and answering their phones. sometimes I had to call multiple times to get through. also the blanket i brought there smells like pee and it was supposed to remind her of home! Edit: There we’re multiple times where i’ve called and it rang till voicemail, i left a voice mail and no call back until i called again. communications were bad. i contacted you guys after i took her home because she threw up after eating things from your facility and i got nothing but that it’s usual and she prob ate something but there were purple things and i know she did not consume it from the time i picked her up. the 2 weeks she spent with y’all should have taught her something but she’s the same as i took her. you expect me to pay for 4 weeks when the first 2 did nothing?im VERY disappointed in this training
