I couldn’t have gotten through puppyhood without Noelle’s help. She is very reassuring and truly wants owners to gain confidence and experience throughout her classes. She is extremely knowledgeable and is passionate about what she does. She offers classes for anyone ranging from first time dog owners to seasoned dog owners. Her expertise and amazing personality really shines through her work. My dog adores her and she has become a good friend of mine through all the classes we’ve done. 5/5 would recommend Pawsitive Directions K9 Academy to anyone needing minor or major help with behavioral issues and/or training.

Noelle was lazy would hardly move from her chair. She said for my dogs chewing problem to let him chew on a plastic bottle after which my vet said is a huge no no, and if my dog had been any more hurt then he was that she could have been sued. She also didnt follow the rules for the good citizen test but failed my dog at every chance. She was over heard by someone else saying she was going to fail him no matter how well he did. My poor dog as devloped nervous and OCD habits that his new trainer is having a hard time correcting. All thanks to Noelles laziness. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE
