Shea and his 2 week train and board was so amazing! Shea was thorough with my expectations and goals and took the best care of Pru while she was there. The activities that she did while with Shea and the gang sounded so fun that I ALSO wanted to stay for the 2 weeks. Pru attended a doggy halloween costume party, made friends with horse, did some water therapy/exercise, went to a dog how and mothered some puppies, wow! I've had Pru home for about a month now and we can walk around my neighborhood off leash, she no longer runs out of the yard to chase squirrels and she is just as loving but more attentive the surroundings. I am so happy with the results and I cannot wait to further Pru's smarts with the additional sessions that came with the package. Shea and his expertise are worth every penny!

My young pup (German Shepherd and white Lab mix) was needing consistent training-something my partner and I tried to dedicate time to. Being a hyper pup, Shea has been instrumental in helping her (and us!) learn new tricks. Shea is knowledgeable, personable and so very patient. We opted for the two week board and train and it has been SO INCREDIBLY helpful. Not only does our baby have the basics instilled-she walks more confidently and is way more responsive than before. We have a long way to go-Shea is definitely our go to for training! Highly suggest Shea and the amazing work he does!

I have a 9 month old Tibetan Terrier that was having a difficult time potty training, being bossy & destructive, along with separation anxiety. I decided to go with an expert like Shea at Pawsitive Dog Training because I really needed expert guidance. My dog Benji stayed with him for the 2 week Board & Train, and when he came back he knew several commands, using advice given once I got home, Benji quickly understood that I’m the boss, too- pretty huge! He went out front of my house and where he used to bark in an alarming way, he did not even need a leash, sat on command, aid down and didn’t make a peep as a walker with 2 dogs passed. No accidents inside, either. Still slobbers from separation anxiety at times, but that is part of this breed’s characteristics and we are still working on it. I love that he includes follow ups to reinforce the training afterward & we got training supplies included in the cost. Very happy!
