I brought in an 80lb rescue that was over a year old with no prior training for the 6 week board and train program. Keith was very helpful and communicative throughout the training. My dog has learned so much and actually listens to me!! Since her time working with Keith, she behaves, walks well on the leash, comes to me when I call her, and respects me when I tell her NO! I’ve seen major improvements, she’s a completely different dog! What really stuck out to me is that Keith and Genesee genuinely care and are compassionate toward dogs. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior, they want to make sure the dog is healthy mentally and physically. Their training is not harsh or cruel, it was very accommodating for a rescue which had a stormy past. I definitely recommend!!!

From the moment we reached out, Keith and Gen were quick to respond to our interest in needing their services. We received videos of Milo’s progress, a plan of what he would be working on and constant access to them when reaching out. We had an incident where our dog was being crazy and not listening and playing too rough with our 2 toddler boys. Keith took the time to FaceTime us and show us how to calm him down. The basic commands have been trained and taught. Milo walks great on a leash, we can bring him around other dogs and now know how to introduce them properly. Our energy has changed by watching how he works with Milo. The all around service experience is very good. Would highly recommend signing up with Keith and Gen. We loved it so much we’re going to do round two in the more advanced training. Thank you both!
