I just can't say enough good things about Lauren and her team. We have a very large puppy and knew he needed formal training. We can take him anywhere now and he's the best behaved boy! Lauren also helped us with our older dog who needed a refresher and was reactive to dogs and noises. The change in him is amazing. Visitors come in our house now and it's peace instead of chaos! I appreciate Lauren's honesty in letting us know what we need to change at home and how we interact with the dogs. We are just so happy!!

Lauren with Pawsitive Paradise has dramatically changed our lives. We sent Millie our 4 month old Golden with her for a 5 week training course. Millie is a strong willed, happy(crazy) pup who just wanted to jump, run and EAT! Lauren sent me frequent video updates showing Millie’s progress and was very communicative with where we were and what she was prioritizing in terms of Millie’s training. Millie came home a new dog, she is the same happy, spunky girl, but with a greater sense of purpose. I think the reason that Lauren is so successful is that she genuinely cares about each dog and their family, she takes into consideration what is the most important components for a positive transition into your family's lifestyle. Lauren understood that we had some challenges with our other dog and was mindful to ensure that she prioritized what we needed in a family pet and fursister. Millie came home knowing all of her commands, with a greater sense of calm and is eager to continue to please. I feel so proud taking her out for walks, to my kid’s sporting events and when people come and visit. Having a dog who listens is a game changer and having had some negative training experiences with previous trainers and dogs it is evident that Millie’s training was based on positive reinforcement. Millie is such a huge part of our family and Lauren has enabled us to enjoy Millie so much more than we could have ever imagined. Additionally, Lauren has continued to check in, she is happy to answer questions and wants to see our continued success even after the training wrapped up. If you don’t have time to properly train and socialize your dog, this is a must. You will not regret making this investment in the future of your dog and frankly, Lauren is going to partner with you to get you there.

We adopted Sammy our GSD mix who was having issues with anxiety/ overstimulation. He had a hard time finding where to channel his energy. We sent him to the 4 week board and train with Lauren and Tim, and there are not enough words to explain how awesome they are! We went from having a dog who couldn’t be controlled on a leash/ walk by other dogs to a PERFECT walking buddy with manners! Lauren sent video and photo updates of his training during his stay. When she drove him back up to CT she did two training sessions with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns about Sammy. She is very thorough and knowledgeable about dog training, using a lot of positive reinforcement. Sammy is a much happier dog who has the skills to channel his energy at the right time, which has allowed him to learn to relax and enjoy his forever home! We can not thank Pawsitive Paradise LLC enough!!!
