FirstBarkThis experience was not as good as the one we had previously. The trainer didn't seem to understand that our puppy was getting stressed about 30 minutes into the class. We will not be going back.

I’ve got a puppy & she’s 9 wks old. She’s a little hyper. She’s mixed w/ Great Dane, husky and doverman. Her name is Diamond. She does know how to sit down with sign language. But that’s pretty much it. I’m also hard of hear(almost deaf).
I have a standard poodle and she's is now 4 yrs. When we started it took a lot of work from me but I had the support of the instructors that gave me encouragement even when I wanted to give up. She has come a long way and they have taught me so much. I'm so thankful for their help and that I didn't give up.

I'm sure that you will enjoy the classes and environment. We learned dog training is not an 8 week class, it is always and forever a part of your relationship with your dog. You might inquire about a few private lessons for you to get started and learn the skills. Enjoy it. You and your dog will appreciate the quality time you spend together.

Was not a good experience at all. When we first got here the trainer was on her phone for the first 5mins. Sat down in the chair the whole time, didn't even explain how to do the training steps. Every time we asked a question she said “she couldn't explain”. She didn't even interact with our dog once. Felt like she had no emotion. Repeatedly got on her phone. Will not be coming back.
They don’t return calls. Haven’t even had the opportunity to speak with anyone after 7 contact attempts over a 5 week period. If this is an indication of a future business experience, Probably best to just take notice of the warning now.

Nice, clean and air-conditioned. My instructed was reward based but not positive focused though, that is my only complaint.
