Lainie is amazing!! We have a 6 month old yellow lab and Lainie is our second trainer but def the BEST!! She is quiet, kind, patient and loving with your babies!! We cannot believe the subtle improvements with our puppy in just two short visits. Laine takes her time and listens to your issues and gives you PAWSITIVE solutions that work without scolding your dog the not so desirable behavior. She sends home written homework to reinforce the lessons you've learned to you can continue to work with your dog. I highly recommend Laine to help you train your dog!

Lainie is an phenomenal dog trainer. As soon as we met her, she instilled a sense of calm and confidence in both my dog and me. Her specialty is evidence-based, positive reinforcement training and she clearly knows how to train dogs and humans to conduct it simply and effectively. Gone are the days of yelling and frustration; Lainie showed us how to communicate with our dog through praise, rewards, and playful interactions. We saw amazing results instantly, and the positive changes have only continued to build. But Lainie goes far beyond just effective training techniques. She genuinely cares about addressing our specific needs and concerns. She actively listens to both me and my dog, taking the time to understand our unique challenges. She never dismisses our questions or worries, and always offers clear, practical advice that we can easily implement. What truly sets Lainie apart is her dedication to long-term success. My dog and I came prepared with several things we wanted to address, and while our session ran a bit longer than planned, it was clear that Lainie was solely focused on ensuring we fully explored each issue, however minor. And after the session ended, she sent me four documents summarizing the things we talked about and providing additional information. In short, Lainie is a fantastic dog trainer. Lainie was wonderful with our puppy Huey! We did a 5 week private training class (one day a week with Lainie, and practicing on our own every day). It was amazing how much Huey was able to learn in such a short period of time. Lainie is very encouraging and thoughtful, and the positive training techniques she demonstrated helped our whole family learn. She also provided handouts as “homework” and extra learning opportunities. Huey enjoyed his classes very much!
