We recently left our dog to board with Marlene for 9 days. He came home with very chewed up plastic food and water bowls. It was obvious to me that he had been very stressed staying there, because in 14 years he has never once chewed on his bowls. When I asked Marlene directly about the details of her boarding, I was told that my dog was only out of his kennel for about 6 hours a day. That means he was in the kennel for 18 hours a day. I feel so sad that I put my senior dog through this experience. From reading the Pawsitive Solutions website, and visiting Marlene's house weeks before we chose her to board our dog, I had the impression that my dog would be free to roam around, and get lots of play time and attention. Please be aware of these concerning details if you are considering boarding your dog here. I wish I had asked more direct questions.
