FirstBarkWith just a week worth of work, we've seen so much improvement with our almost year old golden/Pyrenees! He went from a mouthy pup who was in everyone's personal space to a sweet pup who knows to keep some space if he wants attention. He also has so much more confidence which is fantastic since he has been an anxious dog. Thank you Bridget for your fantastic work!!

I specialize in behavior modification, private sessions at your home or at the training center for dogs with behavior issues such as, dog reactive and people reactive behaviors. I also have Puppy Kindergarten socialization, Elementary Manners, Intermediate Manners, AKC Canine Good Citizen and AKC Trick classes available. Bridget works magic!! I was amazed at how quickly she had my rowdy, teething puppy behaving like a little gentleman!! She was very patient with me, since it took me a bit longer to learn the ropes 😆 I highly recommend her one-on-one puppy series - it’s made a big difference for both me and my pup!!!

Bridget provides you with the tools you need for both you and your dog to succeed. We came to Pawsome Pups after looking for dog training for our highly-reactive 4-year-old dog Floki. Most places in the area wanted to board him for 4 weeks and then have a 2-hour "follow-up" training where we would learn how to "handle" his reactive-ness; however, Bridget offered to do a consult and then multiple sessions of private training with both myself and Floki, there was no need to board him and say goodbye to my dog for four weeks. Working through our sessions with Bridget allowed me to see that my dog was willing to follow directions, commands, and looked to me for approval. It also showed me that the training benefited both my dog and myself. I now feel more confident handling my dog when I am out in public. Floki's reactiveness on walks has notably decreased. In the event he does start to become reactive on a walk, I now have tools that I can use to redirect Floki appropriately. We are incredibly satisfied with Bridget's training and methods and will recommend her to anyone who asks for assistance training their dog.
Bridget has helped a very jumpy shepherd, Belle, reach a calm that I didn't think was possible. Belle no longer barks at everything she sees outside the window or responds to neighbor dogs barks. Very deserving of a 5 star rating.
We rehoused a two yr. old female Shepherd who had been in four homes previously. Bridget has greatly helped us to understand our dog's needs and more specifically to train my son and I how to best manage our dog. Bridget's methods work! I highly recommend bringing your dog to Bridget.
