I called Kate and she was very responsive and explained the whole process to my family and I while we were on speaker. We had set up for our first session and within an hour we had learned so much. We are so grateful for all the support she has given us including notes and tutorial videos that have been helpful with the training exercises she has assigned us. I met Kate a few years ago when I was fostering a dog with aggression issues.
