Pawz-itive Dog Training

My dog is relatively a good easygoing dog but we were struggling with walking. My bully would put on the breaks after walking a block and lay down refusing to move. I had asked around to other trainers and was getting responses of programs or complete retraining etc. instead Kate listened to exactly what I needed, offered a variety of ways to help and then recommended her best option that fit my kind of dog specifically. She came to my place and worked on exactly the issue I was having and by the second day we made it further walking than I ever had with him before. Every now and then his hard stopping returns and I know I can reach out for a refresh session whenever I need. If you are having issues definitely call!! I’m so glad I did.

Kate and her Team of trainers are critical in a dogs home life behaviors. Before meeting the Paw team my pup was cute and very friendly but lacked the social skills needed for being in public (jumping, mouthing, pulling on the leash). I didn’t want an average trainer, I wanted a trainer that was going to work hard at helping her re-learn how to act in every setting. Kate would take my dog to parks, out to public places such as bass pro shops, markets, and all over town! This is not something an average trainer would do. What’s also nice is Kate trains your dog with her family and not just with herself. So your dog is getting real life scenario training vs just 1 on 1 in a room. She went above and beyond to help my dog better understand her role and place in my world. After training was completed and my goal up graduated Kate helped me every step of the way to ensure that I was properly training and guiding my dog to success. We still talk almost every week and I will continue to use Kate and her team for training sessions and boarding. A++++ and beyond. We LOVE Kate and would recommend her to any and everyone who asks!

Kate is an absolute gem! Her expertise in dog behaviors is incredible, but what sets her apart is not just her knowledge but also her selflessness and willingness to help. Kate goes above and beyond, coaching the owner to be best equipped for any situation. She was a lifeline when I faced sensitive apartment noise complaints related to my dog and tailored trainings to each scenario that would come up with raising a Doberman puppy.
