A terrible experience and NEVER again. I first emailed Heather showing interest in dog training. She replied to give her a call to discuss details. She offered to do the initial "meet and greet" at my house because I lived further away from her location. Our first visit she contacted me an hour later after the appointment time saying she was going to be late and so we reschedule because i had an appointment to go to that day. She came late to the reschedule initial visit and everything went well. We made a follow up visit to start training but she never showed up... No message or call for an explanation. At that point, I decided it wasn't going to workout with this company because the lack of communication and inconsistency isn't worth the money I would be paying. Weeks later I get a message I have an open invoice of $110.00.... from what ? Our initial meet and greet that was supposedly free. I contacted Heather and as soon as she answered the phone she was VERY unprofessional and rude about the situation. Long story short after interrupting me and not allowing me to speak, she told me she is not discussing this further and I will be served with papers if I don't make the payment in 24 hours. Its not about the amount of money but about the way she had handled everything and how she is running her business. It is not my fault that she is unorganized and forgetful. I would NEVER recommend Heather and her business
