We had a great experience with PUPS! We did a two-week board and train with our 6-month-old German Shepherd, Mel. She already knew basic commands, but they really fine-tuned everything and took her skills to the next level—especially her heel and leash work. One of the most helpful things they taught her was how to “relax,” which has made a big difference at home. Communication has been excellent, both during training and after. They’re always quick to answer questions and offer helpful advice. We’ve also used them for boarding since, and every experience has been positive—Mel absolutely loves Chelsea! PUPS has been an incredible resource in making an already great dog even better. We’re planning to work toward AKC certifications next, and I know the foundation she gained here will help us get there. Highly recommend!

My 5 month old puppy, Jato, could not recommend Chelsea enough! We did the 5 day board and train with Chelsea to curb some unwanted puppy behaviors and could not be happier. It was not just about sending my dog to training, Chelsea helped train us, helped us to see what we could do to make it easier for our puppy. Chelsea helped us set ground rules and helped our puppy learn her boundaries. Honestly when I went to drop Jato off I was scared, and I knew I was going to have a hard time being away from her even for 5 days. Chelsea kept me updated everyday, and sent fantastic videos that helped me learn what she was learning. My son was extremely happy to have Jato home and no longer has to worry about walking through the door and getting knocked over. I will recommend Chelsea to everyone that needs any kind of training for their fur babies! 🐾

We are totally happy with the 5-day training program for Wiggy. She had basic training at home, but when she hit the teenage years, that went out the window. When we picked her up we trained with Chelsea for like 2 hours and she brought in Wiggy and we trained with her. It's amazing the difference in her. But as with everything, once you have the tools you have to keep up. Wiggy is doing awesome at home, we're so happy with her progress. We missed her while she was gone, but it was definitely worth it. So glad to have her home and I've attached a picture of her curled up, snoozing next to me on the couch. She's our nugget.

PUPS is amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough. We were dealing with some challenging behaviors with our pup (resource guarding, reactive/excitable interactions with people, and a lack of confidence, among others), and working with Chelsea & Phelan made a huge difference for our dog and our family. He now does great being off-leash, listening to commands, going for walks in unfamiliar places, and living his best life. The fact that they also offer boarding is the icing on the cake, and any time we can't take our pup with us, he stays with PUPS where we know he'll be well-cared for, get a little training refresher, and get lots of love.

Our 5 year old boxer Bay is a sweetheart but was having stranger day issues and biting tendency. We had an initial training visit and he did so well! Just picked him up from his 3 week training and we had a 3 hour training. He has learned so much ! Chelsea and Phelan are the absolute best! I could tell they actually loved my Bay Bay!! The training is intense but very enjoyable. I’m looking forward to my journey with Bay as our training continues. Thank you for giving us the tools to be successful!
