We took our dog to Melanie for a three week board and train during my husband’s surgery. Our dog is very big and very smart and even though I felt I knew how to train a dog I didn’t know how to train his personality. She completely transformed my relationship with our pup and transformed his behavior all the time. He is well mannered, calm and knows how to do nothing when we need him to. We are so grateful to Peak K-9 for giving our pup and us the tools we need to be confident about our beautiful large dog and his obedience. And all the follow up since has been invaluable.
Matt and Melanie are the absolute BEST! My 2 Pugs attended their board and train program and it was a total game changer! I can't recommend them enough!

We have taken two puppy classes with Melanie and both of them were fantastic! She is very knowledgable about the puppy personality, and was able to offer many great tips for our golden doodle pup to interact with our kids a little better. She also gave us lots of tips on crate training which has been huge. Melanie is calm and confident, and dogs really respect her. She is great to work with and I can't recommend her enough!!!
Completed Basic Manners class with our pup and it was great! Melanie is a fantastic instructor and super patient with the pups and humans learning new skills together. Looking forward to taking more classes again to further build in training… highly recommend!
