I cannot say enough great things about Deb with Pepper's Paws! She is an incredibly talented dog trainer who truly cares about her clients and their furry friends. My dog was struggling with fear and confidence issues, and we didn't know where to turn. Deb came highly recommended, and from the moment we started working with her, we knew we were in good hands. Deb is patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to get to know my dog and his unique needs. Her methods are positive and effective, and she always took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I felt like we were learning just as much as our dog was! Thanks to Deb's hard work and expertise, my dog has made incredible progress. He is more confident, more obedient, and much happier overall. Our house is a much more enjoyable place to be now that we have worked with Deb. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, caring dog trainer. This has been the greatest dog training experience! The home-based sessions helped me really understand my pup and how to develop a relationship with him that is wonderful for us both. My boy was a bit wild when Deb started with us, and I was very frustrated. Over the years, we have raised 7 puppies - none as challenging as this Aussie/Border Collie mix. Deb worked with us and truly listened to what was important to me and helped us reach my goals. Now we know how to manage him in challenging situations and how to get him to respect commands. He is so much calmer and cuddlier too. Deb takes the time to individualize the training and that is the key difference. No walking in circles with this trainer! The training is the way you need it to be - to get to where you want to be. Deb has a unique ability to quickly understand both the handler and the dog and the bond between them.
