Roseann was so accommodating to myself and a friend for a barn hunt practice! We were headed south from Canada to Virginia and wanted somewhere to stop along the way. Contacted her earlier in the week and she was able to squeeze our pooches in for their first time meeting rats! Last weekend both dogs went on to achieve titles and we have her to thank! The facility was clean and we would love to pop back in en route again!

Excellent private lessons. Group lessons, however, did not go well. There was an issue at our second class and the trainer dismissed our concerns completely and refused to address the problem. We chose not to continue with the classes and the trainer refused a partial refund. Edit: We did in fact go to two classes. The first one went okay ish, as we had expected, and we didn't have any complaints then, which may be why the trainer doesn't remember. The issues were in the second class and again, she dismissed our concerns completely. No efforts were made to address our issues, otherwise we would have continued with classes.
