Hey Sherry! I’m sorry you are unhappy with your grooming experience lately. It’s never easy having to switch groomers. Each groomer has their own individual style which can make it difficult to recreate an exact style of another groomer. However, our groomers are very talented so if you let them know what you would like changed from their previous grooms, I am confident they can accommodate you! Their goal is to make sure all of their clients are happy with their work so they welcome any changes you may want to make to the groom. As far as the price increase, it is never something we like to do, but our expenses have gone up astronomically, so in order for us to be able to stay in business, a price increase was necessary. We value your feedback and appreciate your continued support!

Hello, hearing these accusations is very hurtful. I watched back the camera footage of this interaction and nowhere did I see the groomer “drag your puppy, pick her up rough, or forcefully put the bow back in your puppy’s hair”. In fact, you asked the groomer to put the bow back in her hair, and she obliged. She also let you know that your puppy did much better with the grooming process this time. Never did she tell you you were a bad dog owner. I do know she educated you on proper brushing techniques after the previous groom because the first time your puppy came in for a grooming, she was completely pelted. That was only to help you and your puppy. A dog that is as severely pelted like your puppy was the first groom, is in pain due to how tightly the hair is matted to their skin. Every move they make is painful as it pulls on their skin. She wanted to help you make sure the puppy doesn’t have to feel that pain again. The groomer you are referring to, is one of the most patient groomers I have had the privilege of working with. She truly cares about the dogs she grooms and does an exceptional job at making sure they are always comfortable during the entire grooming process.
