We have wonderful groomers that will keep your pets looking their best! We are most known for our excellent training services ranging from classes to Board and Train programs. The dogs love coming for doggy day care and boarding when their owners are away.

I was excited to take my dog, because I was told that they would be accommodating for his severe arthritis in his back legs. He's only 3.5yrs old. I was told that due to the pandemic they were very busy and it would be 2 1/2-3 months to get him in. If a cancellation occurred I could possibly be offered it. If I needed his nails/feet trimmed/cut just to stop in and they would take care of it, offered to all their customers any time. Was told they would call the day before for a reminder. I didn't get a call, so I called them. Glad I did because they couldn't find my appointment. Asked if I would like for her to see when her next available appointment would be? Are you SERIOUS, after waiting for that long, with a special needs long haired dog that needs groomed. I'm offered to wait for another available appointment, ummm NO, didn't impress a new customer at all. So much for trying local business. He will be getting groomed in 6 days, at another groomer, that was recommended to us.
The building is huge so we stopped to see if they had things for our pets. They had barely anything and told us to go to chewy.com to order what we needed! Wasnt impressed at all. Wasted space in such a huge building to be told to buy online.
Everything about this place is top notch! Their groomers are compassionate and kind! Their staff is highly knowledgeable about their entire stock. From food to the toys and treats! Our pup Murphy looks forward to ever visit, as do we! IGA: official_murphy_bernedoodle
