Perspective K9 is officially open and ready to serve your canine needs in Howard & surrounding counties! Amanda is excited to take on new clients and make your pet’s perception of life, a happy one! Perspective K9 provides a multitude of services ranging from basic grooming care, to private dog training lessons in your home! While dogs are Amanda’s primary focus, any and all species are welcome for basic care! Amanda has over 14 years of experience handling dogs, as well as many other species ranging from rodents to large exotics. Her primary experience comes from dogs, horses, & pigs, but she truly adores them all!

Our "Go-To" for all of our doggy issues/needs! You can tell that Amanda has a passion for K-9 care, all aspects! I can not recommend her and her services enough!!!!

Amanda is great! She is an excellent trainer and definitely knows her stuff! She is so good with my two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, I feel like we learn valuable skills with each snd every session. I also appreciate that she comes to us, because my boys aren’t the fondest of car-rides (yet), so the stress of transport is gone. It’s also nice that she comes to my house because I feel that my boys’ training is more tailored to them and their surroundings. I HIGHLY recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!

I started working with Amanda last November, because the dog that I had just adopted, had severe reactivity towards other dogs. My first impression of her was a very positive one! She was very kind and answered any and all questions that I had ( which God bless her, because I tend to overthink and ask A LOT of questions. ) She has been such a blessing ever since. My dog absolutely loves her and always gets excited when he knows he's going to see her! She makes things easy to understand and you can tell from just one session of her training, how much she loves dogs and how seriously she takes her job. She's absolutely wonderful! When my dog was attacked by another dog, a few months ago, she regularly checked in on him until he was up and ready to continue with training. If you're looking for a trainer that is dedicated, and puts their heart into what they do, I would highly recommend Amanda for the job. I don't trust just anyone. But I trust her 100% with my dog.
Amanda is the best! She is so great with dogs and does an amazing job training! Highly recommend her!
