They sold us on the training. They said your dog will be able to walk off leash, be disciplined etc. We also took our dog to the daycare, as well as purchasing food from them even though we could of got it down the street but wanted to help them out. After our dog had been there for a month or so we saw on the cameras that he was always in the crate. Rarely out socializing with the other dogs. It seemed to me it was more like a military boot camp. No fun zone. I felt like they were trying to break my dogs spirit. The owners and managers must not understand they are in a customer service industry. Customer service was little to none. I train human beings for a living. There is not a one size fits all to every individual I train. I have to alter my training to fit the individual. This is something they failed at with training my dog. They kept doing the same thing over an over expecting a different result. We paid them $1,000 for training. We went to two of the training sessions. When I went to talk about refunds because my family had to relocate due to the pandemic Scott refused to do the right thing an refund the money for services not used. I would of been happy with refunding half of that. They chose to be unprofessional and lose a customer. Shows a lot about their character. Especially in a time when money is tight for everyone in the pandemic. I would not take my dog to this place.

Scott is the man, super knowledgeable an has an insane attention to detail. He is excellent at being constructive and helping you to see how to be specific when it comes to correcting and eliciting responses with your doggo. Truly the devil is in the details. During our training sessions we get to ask many questions and Scott does his best to explain, demonstrate and work with us on building good habits and working towards practicing perfection. For what it’s worth, we did the board and train, and have had a take home session and a follow up session so far. We will be continuing to go to group sessions and highly value Scott’s feedback. This process has helped us to realize that our dog is only as good as we are, and we have high expectations so the road ahead is pretty clear.
