Pet Behavior Help

Pet Behavior Help has truly become a second home for me and my dog, Nori. We’ve been taking the rally class with Julie, and she is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, supportive, and so good at building confidence in both dogs and handlers. Thanks to her and the PBH team, I felt ready to enter our first rally trial, and we did amazing! I’ve never felt more welcomed or connected in a dog sport-focused community. It’s such a solid group of people who are genuinely passionate about dogs and training. We also took Preston’s parkour class, which was a blast — creative, fun, and a great bonding experience. Every time we pull into the property, Nori literally squeals with excitement, which says it all. PBH has made such a positive impact on our journey, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Edit Aug 2024: SO over the moon with how far my Charlie girl has come with the help of Val and PBH. I have NEVER received so many compliments on a pet’s behavior before. Charlie has become so confident, calm, and well-mannered after the work we’ve done through the guidance received through PBH. Over the moon with this company for giving me the best life with my Charlie girl!! I started training at PBH with my current dog, Charlie, in February of this year. We attended a group puppy obedience class that was well structured and helpful. Towards the end of the class, Charlie started exhibiting increased reactivity. Our instructor (Amanda) made helpful recommendations on how to deal with the behavior in the moment and also connected me to another instructor, Val (PBH owner) for private lessons. We have attended 5 private lessons at this point in time and I am extremely satisfied with the instruction and guidance I have received. Charlie and I have made big strides over the past year. We are still working through things, but the changes I have seen during our time working with Val feel monumental. The passion that Val and her staff have for what they do is very obvious in the way they instruct, interact with clients and their dogs, and conduct their business. I am so happy my Vet recommended them for training! Can’t wait for what we will continue to learn!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to learn how to better communicate with their dog.

We love Pet Behavior Help! The trainers are amazing and so helpful, and they offer such a wide variety of classes. Both of our dogs have done Puppy classes, Obedience classes, Rally classes, Parkour, and Agility classes, and we keep going back. We have also done private lessons with one of our dogs to help with his anxiety, which has been such a positive experience. Would recommend again and again!
