FirstBarkShawna and Jessica are wonderful and super knowledgeable. They make training fun, approachable, and easy to understand both for me and my puppy. We did the puppy classes, the walk and train and now we do the social walks. It’s been truly incredible to see my dog’s confidence and manners improve week by week. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for patient, supportive, and skilled trainers.

Shawna and Jessica have been extremely helpful, communicative, and supportive throughout the training sessions we had with them. They are very knowledgeable and tailored the training sessions and activities to fit our dogs specific needs/problems, ensuring they felt comfortable during the sessions while also making progress. Would recommend to anyone who is seeking help with training their dogs!
Shawna was extremely helpful when we discovered that having a labs as kids did not translate to knowing what we were doing with a Great Pyrenees as adults. She helped us understand our dog and the social walks were good socializing for all three of us. Would highly recommend.
Shawna and team have been amazing and supportive as we work towards training our dog Cooper to be less reactive and more self sufficient! Since starting our program with her, our dog has gone from being unable to be out in public, to happily going on walks with minimal reactions. We appreciate their positive enforcement-based and force-free trainings, tailored strategies that fit our needs and patience with our questions throughout. The out-in-the-world training (e.g., at a dog-friendly mall/store) complemented the in-facility training very well. As dog parents, we gained tremendous confidence from the trainings and felt very supported as Shawna and Jessica were also available via text as needed - we definitely learned just as much as our pup! 10/10 would recommend PCTTR!! Thank you!
