My husband and I are beyond grateful for LeNai and her team. She is great with the dogs and the owners. She is direct but kind and we feel beyond comfortable having our dog in her care. We are currently doing the two weeks training (on and off days) and we already see a calmer dog. We also weren’t the biggest researchers of dog training. She laid out in a very neutral manner the various training methods so that you came to your own conclusions for what would work best for your dog and household. You do have to practice with your dog but once you see the benefit of repetition you will be willing to put in the work. My husband was not 100% sold on dog training until he met LeNai and saw the benefit and impact she made. We can’t thank Pet Keepers enough. We also get regular updates of our pup, her meal times and photos of her and her new dog friends.

My 12 year old husky has not been to boarding or day care for facilities. So when my sitter canceled right before my vacation, I needed help quick. He has not been to boarding facilities so sending him to one now was not a fit for us. Pet Keeper's was able to come to my house, feed and walk him and spend a little time with him. They sent regular updates with photos. It was very helpful and eased my worry. The staff answered all my questions and was very kind and professional.

We boarded our 1-year-old dog Mila with LeNai and her team for a week and a half, plus added training during the day. This was our first time ever boarding Mila, so we were nervous, but LeNai and her team sent great daily updates with pictures and videos, which we were always excited to see. Mila is a pandemic puppy who was quarantined for most of her life and is very anxious, but LeNai was able to win over her trust and get her more comfortable with things like riding in the car and going on bike rides. She also practiced other commands and gave us some tips on how to get Mila to focus on her commands better when she is anxious. Mila is pretty scared of people who aren't us, and was too anxious to eat much, but LeNai made sure she was eating enough to stay healthy. Mila loved playing all day with LeNai's dog Bravo and all the other dogs. She is excited to go to "camp" at Pet Keepers for our next trip.
