Initially received a callback 24 hours after my first call. Asked if I could call to confirm an evaluation the next day, and it sounded like they took that insultingly? Have left multiple voicemails since, and received no response. I've held off on contacting other services out of respect, but it's been two weeks now. I had explained that we need help to introduce a new dog into our household after a family emergency, and I can understand that existing customers still need help, we just can't wait any more.

Wendy is a blessing. Very positive & professional & great with our dogs. She has a deep understanding and ability to know what each of our dogs needed. Happy to report we now have a pack (3dogs) that love one another, trained to sit, down, high five, stay, wait, come and leave it. Our puppy is completely potty trained even with our 6 lb dog still using potty pads, he knows not to go there. No pun intended ;) Thank you Wendy!
