To say I was disappointed is an understatement. They came highly recommended, but left me highly disappointed. Last minute cancel on a scheduled in-home evaluation. Horrible at returning phone calls, had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. Would call last minute to let us know about shots our pet would need 2 days before intake, when we had 4 before they could get him in. So plenty of time to call and let us know that, instead of 3 days before. I am 2 months in and have now found someone that can and will actually help us. I have also learned that Wendy should have NEVER had our dog biting her in our home. That is the problem we needed help with, and what she did was reward the behavior by having him do it more in the home. Do your homework and make sure you are picking a qualified place to spend your money, and who will help you. Customer service is not a lost art, you shouldn't be aggravated and flustered with a company you are spending your money with, and that is 1000% the experience I had with them. I did finally get my money refunded, minus the $260 evaluation fee. I guess money well spent to learn this was not the place for us. I would have given them -1 star but that is not an option.
