I have pet stop installed. When can I start using the collar with my new puppy? She is almost 3 months old.
Also, does putting up the flags before she wears the collar help in any way for training. Of course I would have her on a leash in the yard.
Lenore, we just left a message in response to these questions The dog needs to be about 4 months and we do not recommend putting up the flags prior to starting training

We had a pet Stop invisible fence installed and have been happy for the past two years. The fence itself is pretty straight forward, bury a wire, hook it up to a control unit, put a collar on your dog. What has made our experience so positive is the service associated with it. Catherine and her team have been incredibly responsive and have helped us not only with the equipment but training as well. They have answered text messages and calls 7 days a week and have responded with advice that has helped us and saved us money!
In my opinion, products don’t differentiate themselves much anymore, service does. Pet Stop has provided us outstanding service, my hunch is, it isn’t a fluke!
