I have pet stop installed. When can I start using the collar with my new puppy? She is almost 3 months old. Also, does putting up the flags before she wears the collar help in any way for training. Of course I would have her on a leash in the yard.
Lenore, we just left a message in response to these questions The dog needs to be about 4 months and we do not recommend putting up the flags prior to starting training

Karl was amazing. He came out on an inconvenient day for him to explain the system and then came out and installed it a week later. Professional from beginning to end. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the training we received for our two puppies and the bluetooth collars are so flexible to meet all of our needs both now and the future. We are still in the training phase of teaching our puppies how to live with the fence but can't wait to give them the freedom to run. Thanks to Pet Stop we will be able to do that soon.
Karl was out today with only 3 days notice. Underground dog fence was cut in about 4 places by landscapers and fence repair folks! Karl was early, & fixed everything in less than an hour, and even had to redo about 50 feet of cable. No complaints, excellent job and very reasonable. Our Dog fence is now operational. Once again. Thx
