First and foremost, the facility is very clean with constant fresh air flow. Sue, the owner and trainer, adheres to all Covid rules and regulations and implements the same of guests. It is undoubtedly Covid safe; no hesitancy or concerns at all! Sue as a trainer/dog handler is absolutely amazing. She is a consummate professional and wants the best for you and the dog. For example, even before we enrolled our 3mo old puppy, Mellow, in the beginner class and made any payment, Sue took the time to discuss with me successful (!) strategies to curb aggressive food behavior. As for the beginner class program, it far exceeded our expectations. In such a short period of time Mellow consistently follows the basic and imperative commands: Sit, Down, Stay, Off, Drop, and most importantly, Come! I highly recommend Sue as it was money well spent with a great return on investment. We will be enrolling Mellow in the advanced class program due to the tremendous value of the beginner class. Sue is without a doubt the best trainer and teaches the best program on Long Island.

Sue is very knowledgeable and passionate about dog training. I have a Cane Corso puppy named Rocky and we just completed the beginners class. I’m very pleased with Rocky’s progress and can’t wait to continue with the advanced classes. I was also very impressed by Sue’s professionalism and they way she handled the social distancing precautions throughout the entirety of the course. Highly recommend!

Proof that you can teach an old(er) dog new tricks! When we first brought our 2 year old rescue to Pet Time, we basically had to drag him into the building because he was so scared and timid. After just the first week, he was dragging me inside and couldn't wait for class to start. The six week course made such a difference in his confidence, focus, and overall manners and behavior. We also always felt very safe, and appreciated the precautions that Sue has in place in regards to COVID-19.
