Have taken my dog for grooming but have difficulty in booking appointments because no one answers the phone. So started booking online. Yesterday, booked an appointment online for today. Drove over there in 101 degree heat. Took over 15 minutes for customer service to acknowledge my presence. Then person couldn't find my reservation. I am a long time member of downtown dog resort and Everhart Veterinary Hospital. Both extremely competent. Too bad Petco is such a joke. Is there any wonder why Amazon Prime is so successful

They got my dog bathed and nails trimmed but he had a cut from getting him out of one of the cages.
