My dog get nipped three times while getting her haircut And one Of the dog groomer did not look up information correctly for my other dog so I had to cancel that appointment just a very bad experience overall if this. Pet come no don't think I'll be coming back again plus. They didn't charge me the first time groomous fee they over charged me

Scheduled an appointment for grooming for my dog, small dog, a week prior. They sent a text the day of and said there was a system error and canceled appointment. The next appointment is not available for another three weeks. I called and they told me that there was a system error don't know why it allowed me to schedule because the person called out today and was not available. Instead of trying to help me out, the female on the phone, I think she told me her name is Tiffany, told me she was going to cancel my appointment and the next is available three weeks out. And then hung up on me. So rude, not helpful and poor customer service

They are open during covid and completely stocked. I couldnt find a a tall enough cat tree for my liking but they had everything else I wanted. Love this place.
