Wonderful experience with dog trainer Rain! Bridget our airdale terrier is very hyper & Rain's excellent training ability & way with animals helped Bridget to calm down & 'focus' we did 12 weeks, basic & advanced classes my husband & I can't be more pleased with Bridget's improvement in following all basic & advanced commands, she's not perfect yet, but now she has the skills to build on, to become a good obedient dog, with practice!

Person that answered the phone would not give me his name. Was very rude and very short. I get to the store, needed help to get something, the guy told me that's not his dept and can't help me and that I need to wait for someone else to help me. He then walked two aisles over and stood there and had a conversation with another employee. This guy has done this on many occasions. I get tired of going to this location for this reason alone.
