Jen helped me sign up for the Petco program (sorry forgot it's name) so I can get better discounts etc. The app was having issues with my card and phone but Jen was super sweet and kind helping me get through it. The ladies in the Grooming center are always so good with my babies. Definitely recommend them for any grooming needs! Thanks Jen for your help and patience!
I placed an order and I went to the wrong store. The employee figured it out and called the store I was at. She had someone come outside and let me know. She then waited outside after closing to make sure I could pick up my purchase. She went above and beyond. Excellent customer service 💯👏👍💜
