My dog went in for his first ever professional grooming. Claria did great with him and his anxiousness. She knew when to give him a break.
I went in today looking for specific things and the woman that was in the section I needed seemed like it was an inconvenience to assist me and seemed in a rush. Ultimately, due to her unprofessionalism I left without getting the things I wanted/needed. I was very disappointed and will likely not be going back.
