The way this place runs their grooming has really gone downhill is beyond disgusting. I have been coming here for 3 years for grooming and the customer service has definitely changed. Please don’t go here if you have a dog in need of grooming with the right people. To me this is NOT IT. My dog was in need of cut and I said even going into it yes he is matted but they have worked miracles before. Today was not the case, Chrissy sat down with me and examined him and refused service, not even to do a trim anything for him. NEVER have I had been told no to service, after she explained the next steps I told her I will not be back for her. With that being said she was upset by my comment and got up and went into the back. They have a door that opens and closes, as I was trying to stand up she with “force” slammed the door in my face (it was loud) not a normal closing of the door. Highly upset I asked for a manager and she came back out to talk to me. I said you are not a manager and I don’t want to talk to you, you need to leave. With an attitude she tried talking so I told her no til she said “I’m not being yelled at” and walked away into the back again from her being snippy with me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Please if you want a caring service stylist run from “CHRISSY” Management was better in “trying” to handle this situation but we’re not understanding to my situation and will NOT BE BACK. Please find other service with a more friendlier and professional experience this is not it. Policies may have been changed, in the last 6 months but customer service should have NOT changed. Please Petco do not try to come back at me for reaching out to management or to talk. I’m not changing my mind with this disgusting behavior that happened to me. Moving on in finding better service than this.

Person at the front desk ignored me even when I asked her a question directly. She pretended I was not there so I asked her a second question then she stood up and leave without even looking at me. It was only the 2 of us there so I am 100 % sure she heard me the 2 times.
Someone else came out and greet me and she was nice and polite, her name was Morgan.

The only reason I come to this Petco is for D'Arcy. He always provides the absolute best service with so much knowledge. He always has a smile on his face unlike a lot of the employees that work there. Granted most of the employees are great but d'Arcy always outdoes everyone else.
