I came for a puppy training consultation. Very very impressive. Angela is a national level trainer who immediately tuned into what my 5-month old puppy needs rather that a set lesson plan. Immediate techniques to practice and Angela is so clear and easy to follow. I signed up for an individual training package after an initial consultation. We are excited and feel very grateful to have Angela as our trainer.

The staff is courteous, and seems knowledgeable when they have a moment to actually speak with a customer. Unfortunately they are roo busy placing pallets on the floor to stock and blocking the aisles to do much else.I suspect they are understaffed as this situation is the same on every visit. No matter what time I have attempted to shop here the store is a maze of pallets and carts between the empty shelves. It's a shame as this is the most convenient store for me to use. The constant mess however discourages me.
