Able to get an early appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed. Arrived before the store actually opened. Appointment only took about 15 minutes. Less stress on my senior dog. This, to me, is huge! Thanks.

At this location I understand Covid has raised caution and paranoia, my daughter was going in with her mom and uncle and she wanted to just get a first pet during these times and a employee who just get reviews as great names Mateo, was yelling at my family to back up on her first pet at a establishment that sales "pets" also fully masked and noninfected. She wanted a fish which one is behind a tank. He rudely yelled at them to back away from what's from sale and there's no indication on floor or signs to say where not to stand. MATEO yells at my family and doesn't even ask them for help. I hope corporate knows they have a employee treating children hostel and scaring them to not get a pet, which will also spread a massive word through out the colorado Northside. If you want fish go to Fish Den. Co.
