Very clean and friendly staff. This evening was very different I am assuming this employee was the manager on shift this evening Her name was Jamie, when I was speaking to my son she loudly got herself in our conversation by saying what did you ask us in a rude tone.. I just looked at her and kept on speaking to him as her comment was definitely directed towards what I was talking to him about. She was definitely not friendly and I feel she needs a lot more customer service training, you greet customers with a nice welcome you do not get involved in their conversation unless you are being speaked to. She definitely put a bad vibe in the air.

I’ve brought it to the staffs attention twice the last 2 times I was there you still didn’t have it and again a week ago to the assistant mgr when you still didn’t have it. I was told “the system” automatically reorders it based on sales and if that’s the case... guess what.... your system isn’t working being it’s been more then a month now. This is your store recommended PetCo brand Whole Heartedly
If a customer brings this to the staffs attention numerous times perhaps doing something more then just saying “hopefully it’s on the next truck” would be in order... maybe some good old fashioned work, you know looking into things, making some phone calls, checking your computers for ordering issues CLEARLY SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT
