My wife and I traveled 40 miles one way to this store with the intent of purchasing some freshwater fish.
After waiting 20-30 minutes for an associate, my wife pointed out we had been skipped in the line. We get it it's not easy to keep track.
When the associate came to help my wife, she listed off a large list of fish we wanted to purchase ( we uave a very large tank). A couple of questions, she said, tank size, and normal questions. the associate then told my wife "I'm feeling uncomfortable right now I'll find someone else to help you".
We took our grandson and left the store. Won't be back.

I signed my nervous dog up for training. Christie was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to build up his confidence. She took her time with him and really brought him out of his shell. I would recommend her to anyone!

The employees either disappear or are extremely rude and totally incompetent. I asked about the different types of collars they had for my husky and the employee acted totally unprofessionally and made it clear that she didn’t want to be bothered with me or my questions what so ever. Definitely WONT be back.
