Update: Was able to contact the store and speak directly to the trainer, who apologized many times again. We came to an arrangement about classes. So ultimately satisfied and updating my star ranking. Everyone has been very nice and apologetic about the issues.
Frustrating. Went in to the store to register for a puppy training class (part of a training package) as the online version didn't work, and they honored the coupon which was the best part of all the interactions thus far. We arranged our work schedules around the classes and showed up on class day and no one was there. The associates all looked as confused as us and apologized. It took 20 minutes after class should have begun to be told it had been canceled. The supervisor apologized but couldn't do anything, and said the trainer would reach out to contact us. The staff were polite and nice, and tried to handle the situation as best they could.
The trainer did text - she apologized repeatedly and offered that she had alternative classes with older dogs on Sunday and Friday. She promised to call on Friday to make arrangements. We had to replan and work around our work schedules to attend Friday. This morning (Friday) I texted her at 8:45 AM to confirm what time class started as it wasn't on the website anymore, then again at 2:45 PM with no answer either time and no phone call.
Still waiting to be contacted. Hope I can revise this review with a positive update.

Placed an online order and picked it up inside the store they had a good selection of supplies small pets and a tank full of turtles. Sales staff was extremely helpful no shortage of offers to assist. Highly recommend

This place does not have it together. I purchased a ferret from Petco and had her for 2 days and realized that my daughter was having reoccurring allergic reactions to her. I Called ahead To see what their return policies were. A male figure told me that as long as I had the receipt, I could bring her back. So I brought her in today and 2 females were telling me that he basically didn't know what he was talking about because there is an order of 10 ferrets coming in at some point and they don't know when. So they couldn't take her and now I am stuck rushing to figure out what to do with her before my daughter gets home so she is not continuing to be miserable.
