I love coming in here randomly to get items for my pet. He loves it and loves roaming around to get different toys. I like how the store is typically packed with different items and they don’t ever seem to run out of things which is always a good thing for me
Kaytlin did a fantastic job training my Labradoodle, Bentley! Her expertise and ability to connect with dogs are impressive. Now, I can clearly communicate with Bentley and teach him new commands. Highly recommended!

When we began individual classes with Katelyn at Petco Wake Forest, my lab had been with me less than one month. She came from Saving Grace and is approx 3 years old. Katelyn assessed what River’s skill level might be (based on her age, and that she hasn’t always been a stray) at the first visit. Then, she taught me (and River) some basic hand signals and the actions that go with them. We met weekly for four weeks, at the end of which River could follow commands to sit, come, lie down, wait (until I was ready for her to move or wait until I finished eating until she got to lick the bowl), stay (when I went upstairs and didn’t want her to follow, and a variety of movements and commands for walking outside, in stores, and meeting people. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Katelyn and individual training at Petco WF.
We have always brought our dog in this store for grooming until this new manager starting working at this store. The grooming manager has the poorest customer service attitude I have ever seen. I will never recommend you business for grooming services. This is the second time I have had trouble with her and her attitude.
