I ordered on line to pick up the next day. When I got to the store, I couldn't find my order on my phone. The person in the store was helpful and found my order on her scanner. I did find it a few seconds later. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured, but made it a pleasurable experience.
Stopped in to buy my poodle a new collar and leash. While there my niece was asking all kind of questions about ferrets the associate was able to answer them all.
Product I wanted was available and easly picked up at the front of the store.
Today I went into PetCo in Menomonee Falls to get two 36 cent comet fish. I big, fat guy named Nathan flat out told me that it was the store's police not to sell me these fish because I have a 30 gallon aquarium. This store won't be getting any business from me. F#$k you and this store.
