We took our dog here for the first time to be groomed Sunday. The haircut was a hack job, I literally cannot figure out what they ever even trying to accomplish it’s so bad. He came home with cuts all over his stomach. We now have a dog with an open sore from being cut so bad. We’re supposed to be leaving town today and now are trying to get our dog into the vet to be seen since this morning it hurts him so bad he won’t walk. Most expensive haircut we’ve ever paid for and worst job ever. Im not only out $70 for the haircut but a few thousand on a trip due to a careless haircut. We also paid for the 3 packages of puppy school The gal who taught the first course was great. The second course the girl talked about her health problems for the hour and did stuff we already learned. Which I expressed. She said she wanted to see where our dog was at which was understandable. The second class she started doing things from the week before again. I mentioned this was all done in the first course and reviewed last week. Her response was “this is all I know” well what are we paying for then? We haven’t been back. We again are our hundreds of dollars. I should have known if they can’t provide training services they offer how in the world are they able to cut my dogs hair. Disappointed is an understatement.
